At Buffalo Dallas Merchandise & Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
